Reducta hunger reduction tabletsReducta Hunger Reduction – Reducta is an appetite suppressing diet pill designed to help the user reduce their hunger levels and in doing so cut down on daily calorie consumption

Why You Might Buy It: Is produced by a company of high standing in the weight loss industry. Some good ingredients in the formulas

Why You Might Not: There is only one benefit – appetite suppression. Although appetite suppressing is effective for weight loss there are weight loss products that offer several other benefits.

Our Opinion: Good product – but our opinion is there are better products. We consider PhenQ a superior product – it is a true multi-tasker. PhenQ can suppress appetite burn excess body fat and also act to stop newly acquired fat from accumulating. Couple this with a long money back guarantee and you have a real solid weight loss supplement.

Reducta is an appetite suppressing diet pill manufactured by PharmaCare Laboratories and distributed under the Naturopathica brand name.

The company is based in New South Wales and owns a number of popular brands including Nature’s Way, EaseaCold and Quality Health Australia.

PharmaCare Laboratories also owns the health365 online store, which appears to stock products produced under all the company’s brand names.

However, although it used to be possible to buy Reducta tablets and appetite suppressing chewing gum via health365, this no longer appears to be the case. Nor is either product listed on the Naturopathica website, so we strongly suspect the Reducta range has been discontinued.

What Is Reducta Hunger Reduction and How Does it Work?

Reducta is an appetite suppressant. Products of this nature are designed to help people to eat less by giving them the help they need to get their hunger under control.

When appetite suppressants are used alongside healthy food choices, they can help create a calorie shortage within the body.

The body needs calories to provide it with the energy it needs to get through the day and, whenever the supply of calories grows short, the body is forced to obtain an alternative supply of energy by burning its stores of fat.

Reducta Hunger Reduction Key Ingredients and Blend Potential

Each tablet contains 6g of caralluma fimbriata. There are no other active ingredients.

Caralluma fimbriataCaralluma fimbriata is a plant species native to India. It has a long history of use for appetite suppression. Indian hunters used to chew on strips of the plant to ward off their hunger pangs during long hunting trips.

The appetite suppressing capabilities of caralluma fimbriata have been studied by researchers on a number of occasions and it appears to have a lot of promise.

For the purposes of one study, conducted at Victoria University in Melbourne, the researchers recruited 43 adult volunteers (aged 29 to 59) and split them into two groups.

One group was given a placebo two times per day, the other received two (500mg) doses of caralluma fimbriata. Everyone involved followed a reduced-calorie diet and got regular exercise.

The study ran for 12 weeks and 10 people dropped out. However, the data provided by the 33 individuals who completed the study suggests supplementation with caralluma fimbriata had successfully reduced levels of hunger.

Furthermore, although the placebo group showed a 1 inch reduction in waist circumference, the caralluma fimbriata group had done considerably better.

The average waist measurement reduction was 2.5 inches. This lead the researchers to conclude: “Supplementation with C. fimbriata extract whilst controlling overall dietary intake and physical activity may potentially play a role in curbing central obesity.”

Usage Instructions and Recommendation

Two tablets are needed per day. The first tablet is taken in the morning and the second one on the evening. The best time to take the tablets is 30 minutes before meals.

Reducta is intended to be used alongside a healthy energy-controlled diet and sufficient, appropriate physical activity.

The Bottom Line

Research suggests caralluma fimbriata has good appetite suppressing capabilities, but providing hunger control is only one of many diet pill features and experts agree dieters have the most chance of success with products that provide support in a number of different ways.

Reducta does not boost the metabolism, trigger thermogenic fat burning, boost energy levels, or support dieters in any other way. All it can do is suppress hunger. This could be one reason why some customers report less than satisfactory results.

The fact that some customers report side effects is also an issue, so we have to wonder if the dose provided is too high.

The people involved in the study conducted in Melbourne were given 1000mg per day.

Reducta provides more than six times this amount and does so two times per day. It’s possible this could be too much for some users to take.

Perhaps PharmaCare Laboratories have realised this and, if so, it could explain why the product appears to have been pulled from the market.
